Welcome to Varsity Naturals. We have created an all natural kids toothpaste that we think you and your kids are going to love. You can feel great about giving your kids this toothpaste because it does not contain the potentially harmful chemicals like most main stream toothpastes. In fact it is so safe it can be swallowed. Our kids toothpaste is also very effective at removing plaque, gets rid of bad breath, helps whiten teeth, and leaves your kids little mouths feeling fresh and clean.
Unlike other toothpastes that have warnings to keep away from kids six years of age and younger, with Varsity Naturals toothpaste it is never a concern. Nor is there a concern of potentially harmful chemicals as in the main stream toothpastes such as:
Alcohol – dries the tissues. Should only be used to treat certain gum conditions
Artificial Sweeteners- may have health concerns according to some studies
Parabens - enter the body through the skin and mouth and attach themselves to fat cells and may be linked to breast cancer
Salicylates - natural or synthetic, salicylates are moving up the list of causing allergies and other problems
Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) - dries the tissues, may cause outbreak of canker sores
Triclosan - antibiotic. CDC reports over use of antibiotics may lead to antibiotic resistant bacteria
Instead we use only safe ingredients with no concerns, and our kids toothpaste is:
Gluten Free
SLS Free Salicylate Free
Artificial Sweetener Free

Our kids toothpaste ingredients are:
Purified Water
Baking Soda: Removes stains helps neutralize acids
Xylitol: Sugar substitute which studies have shown causes a dramatic reduction in tooth decay along with arrest and even reversal of existing dental carries. This is not an artificial sweetener.
Vegetable Glycerine: Derived from Vegetable oil, used to protect from drying of toothpaste.
Dicalcium Phosphate: Tartar control agent, also used as a dietary supplement in food.
Xanthan Gum: Thickening agent, also used as a food additive in other products.
Sodium Benzoate: Preservative from sodium salt found naturally in berries.
With Varsity Naturals Kids Toothpaste you can rest assured that you will be helping your kids little teeth grow strong and healthy. You know they will be exited to brush because of the amazing flavor of our Kids Toothpaste all the while knowing our natural ingredients pose no risk to your children even as young as two years old! Getting Your Kids To Brush
Picking
great toothpaste for your kids is a very important step to getting them
to brush their teeth. They need to enjoy the taste of the toothpaste
first and foremost. Try and find kids toothpaste which will have a less
strong taste than adult toothpaste. Let's face it, if the toothpaste
burns their little mouths, it will seem more like torture than anything
else.
You may also want to find a natural kids toothpaste, some of them are
actually safe enough to swallow, that don't have any other of the
concerns that mainstream toothpastes may have:
Alcohol – dries the tissues. Should only be used to treat certain gum conditions
Artificial Sweeteners- may have health concerns according to some studies
Parabens - enter the body through the skin and mouth and attach themselves to fat cells and may be linked to breast cancer
Salicylates- natural or synthetic, salicylates are moving up the list of causing allergies and other problems
Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) - dries the tissues, may cause outbreak of canker sores
Triclosan - antibiotic. CDC reports over use of antibiotics may lead to antibiotic resistant bacteria
Once you have found that
right toothpaste for your kids, you have to make brushing teeth a fun
and exciting activity for them. You may want to consider purchasing a
fun and colorful toothbrush. Also keep in mind that if they have a very
small mouth, you'll want to get them a small brush as well. Act as if it
is a privilege, and allow them to brush their own teeth. After they are
done, re-brush them correctly. You should only use a small amount of
toothpaste so that they don't get too much foam.
